Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

Terrible customer service. What is the point of paying for a monthly membership when the vacuums and pressure cleaners are constantly broken? Not to mention, there is an older woman with black hair and a terrible attitude. They used to give out 3-5 dash wipes when younger men were working, now its snobby lazy people who don’t even come out to help you or ask if you need some. Dont work at a simple place with a lack of moral and respect. You guys seriously need to fix these problems. Not worth it. Canceling my membership

Very unhappy the hand towel boy had three rings on Each hand dropped his drying towel continue to rub and scratch the side of my truck in two spots exactly the width of his fingers with his rings manager tried to get the scratches out with a swirl remover compound with no luck was referred to call a phone number which was automated received a callback from a gentleman named Brandon who proceeded to talk down to me and acted as if it was no way possible that their their employee would wear rings their manager on the other hand, admitted that it was an issue with him now the Brandon gentleman that returned my phone call proceeded to talk so negatively to me. I felt like bringing the gentleman‘s hand with the rings on it to him and letting him know where to place those fingers I will never allow Jack’s car wash to dry another vehicle of mine. What a shame that they cannot control their employees from wearing jewelry. The kid is Too young to be married, he rides a bike to work

I had been debating on if I needed a car wash membership but I finally decided to try it and I love it. The staff was friendly and polite and I was not expecting to get a free dash wipe so I could wipe down the inside of my car real quick while the outside was cleaned. I love how many locations there are and I’m looking forward to a cleaner car that I can be proud of and feel good about. I drove a lot for work and my car is very important to me.
